It is to be concluded that with a strong vow, one should chant the holy name of the Lord - Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare/ Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama Rama Hare Hare - for thus one will certainly be delivered from the clutches of maya by the grace of Krishna.

My suggestion is that you begin your more concentrated practice of chanting Hare Krsna by going through the helpful tips, which are given in the "Nectarean Ocean of the Holy Name". That is:

1. Focus your mind on chanting concentrated rounds the day before
2. Go to bed early.
3. Rise early and start your practice by sincerely begging for the mercy of the Holy Name.
4. Chant the Panca-tattva maha-mantra.
5. Chant in the mood of ayi nanda-tanu ja (5th verse of the Siksastakam).
